The young men did an outstanding job! They explained everything and then cleaned the carpet very well. The citrus smell was very refreshing and made the house seem very clean. I will have them clean my other carpets soon.

The guy who came was very friendly and helpful. He seemed knowledgeable and recommended what would help our situation with a naughty puppy who had a history of accidents. He treated the spots and the carpet looks, feels and smells wonderful!

Thsi was the second time I have used Zerorez. Kyle, the technician was very nice and through. I have a large dog and I do not have urine stains, but I did have 5 spots of dog vomit on my white carpeting, which I have had cleaned at least two times before I used your service. The carpet looks fantastic, and it it 15 years old, but you would not know that to look at it. I have recommended your service to others and will continue to do so.
