My carpet is not yet fully dry so I'm unsure if all the kitty urine odor has been entirely removed but I was given a spray to try if it needed an additional treatment as well as assurance that Zerorez would return if necessary. I like that the appointment was made in a timely manner, that confirmation was given 2 days ahead, a call made when the truck was on it's way. Also, the serviceman was careful to remove his shoes as requested, was concise, courteous, very informative. I can highly recommend this professional company.

The gentlemen that cleaned our carpet were on time,clean and polite. They seemed knowledgeble and were very pleasant.

The technician was very informative and thorough. The carpet looks amazing.

Good and curtious technicians who explained what they were doing. Being a business it was nice that we were able to walk on the floor right away and it looks and smells great! We moved the furniture back in the next day and congregants who have stopped by are also pleased.

I was here at the time and was pleased with the results (my carpet was very dirty). I let the rug dry and still had no issue until my Husband was removing the protective devices under the chairs and table. That is what made us take a better look at the edges of the carpet and behind the chairs. Center looks great but could have done a better job around the edges and under and behind the couch. I will use your service again and I will not wait so long but I will also make sure there is someone to help move the couch out.
