It has only been a few days ago that I had my carpeting cleaned, but so far it looks fantastic and am holding my breath that the dark spots will not reappear that were present before zerorez.
I already had boxes to start packing dishes from my hutch as I was going to put down new carpet, but decided to invest in zerorez treatment first, as the new carpet would cost so much more.
Needless to say, the boxes will go out with the garbage his week.
The young man who did the work was very courteous, effecient and made clear the advantage of the premium package, which will give me the security of a one year guarantee on the work. Thank you Zerorez. Maxine Sealman's endorsement on the morning radio program was believable for me.

I had Jarad come to my house and he did a great job!! I had a dog get sick and the smell and stain is gone! My upstairs carpet with 5 animals looks bright and clean as the day we moved in. I love the fact with a baby and 5 animals it was all natural. Jarad is super quick and didnt take much outta my day and he was early too. I have to say Zerorez is everything they claim!

The serviceperson was very polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and showed me how it was determained if there was any pet staines in the carpet. Explained what the procedure was for removing them. I was impressed with the service and how well the carpet looked after it dried. Thank you for the service we recieved.
