the tech (matt i believe) came into a job that was some of the dirtiest carpet i've seen. i warned him that it was bad but he came in with a positive attitude and worked at it hard and even though all of the stains did not come out he did a fantastic job. i will be using zerorez again.

I like the pleasant odor of the solution. The young man who cleaned the rugs was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The rugs seemed quite damp afterwards and are taking a long time to dry. This might be because we have had high humidity outdoors.
The cost was also higher than I anticipated.
At this moment I would recommend Zerorez, but I am waiting to see what the carpet is like after it dries, and if it attracts dirt more or less than usual.

Zerorez does a great job of getting my carpets clean. With having two dogs, that is not always easy. They are always on time and very professional.

I am not sure which product it was, pet odor eliminator or the product that protects but one of them smells of oranges and it left my home smelling wonderful! The employee who serviced my home was knowledgeable and professional. He performed his job quickly and he answered all my questions.

The Zerorez technician, Kyle was very mannerly and helpful during his visit to clean my carpets. My rooms had several pet stains which were treated and now I am waiting to see the total reasults after the carpets have dried. After drying, I am comfortable that Zerorez will correct any problems.
