That there are no chemicals used In the products. The efficiency and knowledgeable representative was very helpful. I plan on using the company within the allotted time frame again within six months. I now have my carpet that doesn't feel dirty,and it was left with that soft comfy, feeling like that new carpet feeling, without the scrunchy feeling under your bare feet. There are no signs of where the carpet has had high traffic areas and no more dark spots.

the tech (matt i believe) came into a job that was some of the dirtiest carpet i've seen. i warned him that it was bad but he came in with a positive attitude and worked at it hard and even though all of the stains did not come out he did a fantastic job. i will be using zerorez again.

The only complaint I have is the strong ordor from the deodorizer,very strong, unpleasant,had to open up windows to let it air out, and even at that it is still bothersome.
