I appreciated that you sent someone right away to do an estimate and the flexibility in dates you were able to give us. It worked quite well to have the office carpets cleaned on a Saturday. The carpet always looks like new after it is cleaned. The technicians take time to do a good job and make sure that any stains have been removed. The carpet stays clean longer than when cleaned using soaps and chemicals. The house has a clean citrus smell when finished.

I like that you don't use harsh chemicals and that you are able to effectivly treat pet stains and odors. Jason was a wonderful representative of your company - he was very considerate and was very clear about explaining the process and the fees. I think your services are pricier than others, so I'm hoping that I will be pleased with the treatments after the rugs dry.

That there are no chemicals used In the products. The efficiency and knowledgeable representative was very helpful. I plan on using the company within the allotted time frame again within six months. I now have my carpet that doesn't feel dirty,and it was left with that soft comfy, feeling like that new carpet feeling, without the scrunchy feeling under your bare feet. There are no signs of where the carpet has had high traffic areas and no more dark spots.

the tech (matt i believe) came into a job that was some of the dirtiest carpet i've seen. i warned him that it was bad but he came in with a positive attitude and worked at it hard and even though all of the stains did not come out he did a fantastic job. i will be using zerorez again.
