The service technician was outstanding in my opinion. He did his work and explained everything I asked of him. He was very polite and professional who didn't try to sell me on anything I wasn't interested in purchasing. He worked on stains as hard as I expected and explained the carpet construction.

Staff coming to my home for carpet and airducts cleaning were prompt and courteous, also gave good info about process and products so I understood what they were doing. We are now doing some home remodeling and have had several dogs/cats living with us since moving here 12 years ago, so professional cleaning services were needed an overdue. I had hesitated about making the service order because the costs are high, but am now satisfied that the charge rates seem well worth my investment. Some old petspots left on two full-room carpets, despite all previous home-remedy effortrs, are now completely gone and the crpets fressh & new looking. A 5X8 area rug with many spots did not get fully clean by the in-house treatment but the Zerorez technician recomended sending it on to the shop for specialized care and it was returned within one week looking like new. The house now seems less dusty and my clothes dryer is working better, after the airducts cleaning process. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone considering your services.

Matt did a good job explaining what he would be doing for our carpet and a couple stains that we had in our family room. He was very professional and kind and I would definitely recommended his work. We liked the fact that the carpet would not attract dirt after it was cleaned. Our carpet looks new again!

The lack of chemicals and the fantastic results!

The carpet dried faster and smelled like fresh lemons while it was still damp. It didn't smell like chemicals and it wasn't soapy sopping wet.

Our carpet tech was outstanding at explaining the process and giving us our quote before he did anything. He was very friendly and was fast and thorough with the carpets. He let us know about vent cleaning too, which I had no idea you could even do! My husband and I will be calling to use this service soon.

Our technician (I can't remember his name right now) said he had just recently come on at the company and how it was easy for him to promote it because of the quality of service. I couldn't agree more.
