That you only use water.

It sounds silly but I really like that the techs wear booties in the house. I had my carpet cleaned last weekend and Michael did a fabulous job. It was quick, clean & dried quickly. Low to no odor which is also important to me, I’m allergic to artificial fragrances. I just had another very large company come over yesterday to give me an estimate on sofa cleaning. When he didn’t put boot covers on I asked him to, which resulted in a blank look and he went and got a tarp. So I called Zerorez back and scheduled the couch cleanings.

It's along story but our pet passed. He was old and a family member. During the last year or so, he had some issues in the house and trying to keep his coat clean. As such, we needed the carpets cleaned. You guys did an excellent job, fast, courteous, and professional. We've used Zero Rez before and you did an excellent job of taking care of our carpet.
