Love the care in protecting the corners of the walls, etc from the equipment. The service really revived my 3 and a half year old carpet --especially the stairs which were the worst!

The Zerorez people, who come into our home, are polite and really aim to please. Also, importantly, they arrive within the promised time span.
We do not have to wait very long for our carpet to dry, after it has been cleaned and the optional protectant has been applied.
Yesterday, in addition to cleaning and protecting our white family room carpet, Kai cleaned and sealed the grout in one of our bathrooms. Both look like new, again.

Initially, I was uncomfortable with the wet carpet it was just a little more wet than I expected. The end result however, is OUTSTANDING! I am very happy with the final result. My carpets actually feel clean! And of course it looks fabulous. I am very pleased with the end result. I have used ChemDry carpet cleaning, and standard carpet cleaning; the ChemDry method has always had a very good result, my carpets always looked like new. The standard carpet cleaning, has been horrible. But Zerorez, has really impressed me, especially because not only do my carpets look clean, they FEEL clean as well. Love It!

Outstanding work! I have had my carpets cleaned for 35 years. Some good some bad. So I know of what I speak. Zerorez was hands down the best ever.
