The carpet cleaning was done very well - I was very pleased with the outcome! However, we barely were able to get the job done in time because no one had asked what floor I was on or otherwise confirmed that they would be able to complete the job with the standard set of equipment. My boyfriend had to help the technician come up with a work-around to be able to complete the job.

Great service, Kai was very professional and personal! I like the product and the end results, our carpets not only look really good but clean and disinfected properly!

Carpet looks and feels very.

You guys have been great for a long time. I just do not feel this time that my carpet got quite as clean as usual. Still a few spots and maybe a traffic lane but do not want to mess with the coating you sprayed on after.

The technician, Darren, did a great job and was courteous. The reminder call and email were timely.

01/28/2021 Patrick was on time (early), was friendly, and answered all questions. He explained the Different cleaning options based on our carpet. He was professional and did a great job. Our carpet looks really nice and I like the fact that the carpet dries in 2-4 hours with out residue.
