We had Zero Rez out to clean our carpets on several occasions in the last few years. The technicians were always on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Our technician, Joe, was very professional and friendly. He also arrived at the beginning of our window, which was very timely. He deserves a "10" rating. The only reason we gave a 9 is many of our high traffic areas still appear somewhat dirty. I believe Joe did his best to get those areas as clean as he could.

The tech Josh showed up and was very friendly. He answered all of my questions and provided a quote for restretching our carpet after we had a water leak. He was fast and got out most of the spots on a high traffic rug that had not been cleaned for sometime. I would use Zerorez again when needed.

I was very impressed with the stains coming out.

Timely, friendly and did a great job!

Easy to work with, flexible with cleaning the area that I was interested in have steamed. Excellent with scheduling and the focus was in making me happy from the scheduler to the carpet technician Cody.

Very quick on time

We have always been happy with the way our carpet looks after being cleaned by Zerorez. This time there were some spots that showed up after the carpet dried. I called and they were back out the next day. Good customer service!
