We thought Michael M. was a wonderful technician. We had an extremely challenging problem with dog stains deeply embedded into our carpet. He took much care in treating them and explained to us the various techniques in the processes of removing them. We are pleased with the end result, but still waiting for the final treatment to completely dry which hopefully will result in the remaining yellowing to disappear. Please send our thanks to him or helping us through this difficult situation. We would definitely ask for him again and again for future cleanings.

My only issue is that it ended up being twice as much as what they quoted me over the phone so I did have to remove a couple of rugs so it wouldn't cost so much.

Otherwise he did great and I will use them again.

There was a small problem with a stain reappearing after cleaning. When I called Zerorez they offered to have the technician return and rework the carpet the next day. The technician re cleaned the carpet area.
It looks great. Nice to work with a company that stands behind their service.

Our carpets look brand new after our cleaning, we couldn't be happier. Also, Patrick was fantastic with letting us know what services would be best for our needs and did a phenomenal job over all. He was also super friendly, detail oriented, and patient with all our questions!

Speed to service. No residue. The person performing the cleaning was very responsive and did a great job!

The technician was good, but this time the carpet still had some odor after he left, maybe it was just wet carpet but it was different that the previous cleaning. There were also some stiff areas after about 5-6 hours. it didn't have that fluffy clean fee. like previously. All in all its okay and like I said, I don't think it's something the technician did.
