I've used Zerorez for many cleanings and am always pleased! Phil was my tech and he called to let me know he could get here a little earlier. I took him on a tour and showed him my few "trouble spots" and he had a plan, and a special technique to remove the stain from the full pint of Nitro Milk Stout my husband spilled. He was up front that the stain may not be completely removable, but it appears as though it's gone. I will continue to use Zerorez for as long as I have carpet!

I like the process that's used... a new chemical, power extraction. Your teams are prompt and the process for confirming appointments is very good -- reliable. A concern I had recently was handled very professionally with an offer to return and make a second application. I deem the results to be among the best in the industry. The individuals who come to the house to perform the cleaning are always professional and courteous.

Timely. The technician was on time and his estimate of the time it would take was accurate. He did not pressure up-sale me, which I appreciate. He also put protection for the corners of my walls to make sure his equipment did not damage my walls. He was professional, did what he said he was going to do and did it for exactly as he said.

Carlos was very professional from the start! Called us a half hour before arrival and arrived on time as he stated. Explained the process and his job plan before starting. Courteous and positive throughout the complete process. If I was not retired I would hire him as an employee due to his attitude and enthusiasm.
