The two technicians were professional, very knowledgable about how they were going to treat our carpet to remove stains and explained everything to our satisfaction. They took care to wear shoe coverings and masks, put down tarps and guides for their hoses and cleaned up after themselves. They did a final walk thru and then spent the time to check out with us to ensure all our questions were answered and even offered tips. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
