Great service from the technicians as usual. Both times they were very careful of my home surroundings, cautious with COVID precautions, very detailed with cleaning and made great recommendations. Will always use Zerorez. Love how quickly carpet is dry and is not sticky like with shampooing, so dust and grime doesn’t stick more after cleaning too.

Lack of detergents used in your products.
The guys that clean the carpet are very professional and do a great job. My carpet looks great and with pets I like to get it cleaned about every 6 weeks and it's safe for pets.
