The techs are knowledgeable, skilled, prompt, and courteous. They get the carpet clean and offer useful tips on carpet care. I tried Coit once, but never again. Their tech was somewhat rude and did a poor job. I had to have Zerorez come in afterwards and do the job right.

Carpet traffic areas really cleaned up, Amazing! The service tech explained the process & answered my questions, then proceeded to clean the areas, including stairs, and lg area rug efficiently & quickly. Oh yes, he was there a little early, NOT way late as have had other carpet cleaner companies do!!
