It was really nice to call and set up a next day appointment to steam clean my carpets. Kai the technician showed up on time. I had a few spots I didn't think would come out. To my amazement he was able to get them out! The carpets weren't saturated and dried fairly quickly. I really appreciated this. I would have liked to receive an invoice, other than that I will definitely use this company again!!
