Damian, the technician that did our re-service on Nov 23rd, did a super job! He was very conscientious about putting a covering on our wood floor while walking on it and dragging hoses. And his attention to the COMPLETE process was very much appreciated. Would recommend after his service, but was very reluctant to recommend after initial cleaning on the 14th.

Your employees are alway respectful. With problem areas they explain ahead of starting the cleaning process and then update you on result. When job is completed they give you recommendations for longer lasting protection. Phillip did a really nice job on our carpet.
