I like the innovation of your carpet cleaning product. However, there is a particular ingredient (not sure) which left lines on the carpet. The custpmer service was excellent including my intial contact with the gal, Kayla ? who secured my appointments. The Technician, Joe customer service was extemely professional including his knowledge about his direct service and customer service! I would recommend Zerorez. Thank you!

Everything is clean, smells good, they never leave any kind of mess behind, they move furniture for you if you need it, always professional and extremely safe during this pandemic. They are always on time or even early if it's possible.
