Keenan was very professional and informative about the process and the price of options. Very transparent process. My 15+ year old carpet looks like new. Keenan demonstrated how much dirt was coming out of the carpet and how he could tell when it was clean. I ended up with a clean carpet and an education about the science behind the method.

I LIKE HOW BRAND NEW LOOKING AND CLEAN MY CARPET IS. THE CARPET AND HOUSE SMELLED WONDERFUL AFTER THE CLEANING WAS COMPLETE. MY CARPET CLEANER, DARION, WAS COURTEOUS AND TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE REMOVED ALL PROBLEM AREAS AND STAINS AND WAS EFFICIENT. I HAD GREAT CONFIDENCE IN HIM, BECAUSE OF HIS PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR.
