The tech was on time and very friendly. Service was performed quickly and got all the stains and dirt out that I was concerned about making my carpets look brand new again. The best part is how fresh and clean my home smelled afterwards. I had my carpets cleaned through another company last year and it left a horrible chemical smell that lasted for days even with leaving my windows open to fumigate. It was great coming back home that afternoon after the cleaning and my home smelling great.

The 2 techs I had were on time, respectful of my home, wore shoe covers (which Coit didn’t do, even after being asked to do so during an estimate) & masks. The cleaning was fast, thorough, and both my carpets and sofas are spotless. Everything dried super fast and no artificial fragrances. We are very happy and will ONLY use Zerorez in the future.

No residue clean smelling
Excellent customer service from very friendly responsive staff. The carpet cleaning results can not be beat. The fact that their cleaning process does NOT leave behind the soap residue which ultimately draws more dirt, is worth every penny.
