This was my first time using Zerorez and I was pleasantly surprised. My carpets look so much better. Some stains did not go away but they are much lighter. The carpet on the whole looks much brighter and cleaner. I will use Zerorez from now on. Carlos was the technician and he was very good. He was pleasant, careful and didn't promise the impossible. He worked very hard on my carpet and really made a difference in the appearance. I am very pleased.

Prompt, thorough work, use protectors to not damage railing with cleaning hoses, lay down rugs to protect the floors, wear booties over shoes, practiced all safety guidelines with for COVID.

I was impressed by the cleaning process utilized. I've had my carpets cleaned in the past and felt carpets showed dirty spots the very next day. I vacuumed carpets the next day when totally dry and was very satisfied with the results.
