Keenan was very professional and informative about the process and the price of options. Very transparent process. My 15+ year old carpet looks like new. Keenan demonstrated how much dirt was coming out of the carpet and how he could tell when it was clean. I ended up with a clean carpet and an education about the science behind the method.

Very nice and carpet looks great - a little higher priced than other services
The carpet is not wet for two days and it is soft. I have used Zerorez four times now. The employees are so nice and seem to enjoy working for this company. They clean up everything when their done. Now with the covid they wear their masks but have always worn covers on their shoes.
One thing I found out today at a friends house is I can buy zerorez powder soap for tough up jobs. Can you tell me where I can purchase.
