The Zerorez staff are always courteous both on the phone and in person. Each time I’ve had carpet cleaning scheduled, the service person has been able to come early. The work is always down quickly and my home smells fresh, not like a chemical plant. My carpets are clean and revitalized! I will continue to use Zerorez for my home.

First of all, you make it easy to schedule. The prices are great with no hidden fees. We paid what we expected to pay. The service was great. The cleaner was on time, very courteous, fast and efficient and took a little time to advice me about carpet care. He was also able to take out a red ink stain Amazing! He was actually out the door before his projected time. This is our second service. We will continue to use their services. Thank you for a job well done.
