Our technician asked qualifying questions to better understand our needs, was knowledgeable of different rug materials and how they would clean, took care to protect our hardwood floors and walls while pulling hoses and equipment through the home, and was professional and kind throughout the entire appointment. The techs are knowledgeable, skilled, prompt, and courteous. They get the carpet clean and offer useful tips on carpet care. I tried Coit once, but never again. Their tech was somewhat rude and did a poor job. I had to have Zerorez come in afterwards and do the job right.
