Timely. The technician was on time and his estimate of the time it would take was accurate. He did not pressure up-sale me, which I appreciate. He also put protection for the corners of my walls to make sure his equipment did not damage my walls. He was professional, did what he said he was going to do and did it for exactly as he said.

Carlos was very professional from the start! Called us a half hour before arrival and arrived on time as he stated. Explained the process and his job plan before starting. Courteous and positive throughout the complete process. If I was not retired I would hire him as an employee due to his attitude and enthusiasm.

Besides that fact that they can get your carpet clean without the use of soaps or chemicals, the technician was not on time...he was early and called to make sure that was. He was professional, knowledgeable, walked me through every step, and even worked with me (a bit) on cleaning my chair. All in all I would definitely have them come back again.
