Liked the products very much!!! Josh worked his tail off stretching our carpeting and Vance worked hard at cleaning our carpets!!!! I need to call back to have Josh stretch a little bit more carpet in our basement. I did feel our job was so massive and they had to rush at the end of their long 7 1/2 hour day here!!!! It wasn't fun for them, had to work so hard and the results are good. Still have some areas that probably won't come completely clean bc of the age of our carpets.

I like those plastic shields to protect the corners from the hoses. And I like that you do not leave residue on the carpets -- which seems to be true -- at least I'm not smelling anything.

I like everything. Most important, the carpets look like new when the job is finished. Zerorez always gets out all the spots, even in the high-traffic areas. The technicians are always clean, polite, and friendly. I wouldn't think of calling anyone but Zerorez.
