No strong smells, and the carpet dried quickly
We are moving into a new house and the previous owner left a really unpleasant pee stain in the carpet that we were not expecting. To get this stain out we had to have a special process where they flooded the area before cleaning it like the rest of the carpet. I thought that would make it even more complicated and time consuming but I was surprised when the entire job was finished in less than 2 hours. The carpets looked like we had just installed them and the associate was extremely kind and helpful.

Service was great. (Did expect a call ahead of time from the tech; did not get so did not know he was there until he finished. Products seem to be fine; no crusty spots.
