I was able to schedule an appointment online on very short notice, and the tech actually was able to come a little bit earlier than the original appointment window (which was very helpful!). He was friendly and got right to work. I was having the carpets cleaned in an apartment that I was moving out of, so I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to actually enjoy the nice clean carpets! But I could definitely tell they were thoroughly clean and not crunchy or smelly or soaked like the other companies leave carpets. My new apartment has carpeting throughout, so when it's time to get these cleaned (hopefully while I can still enjoy them!), I will definitely be calling Zerorez!!!

I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance and assumed I would be the first appointment, since I was not able to set a time at the scheduling.
The tech did not show until almost 1 pm.
The technician arived on time, did a thorough job which he asked me to inspect before he left. I like that the process seems to help to prevent the same stains from returning.
