The technician took the time needed to do the project right and pointed out the existing problems that couldn't be fixed with cleaning. He went above and beyond, the carpet largely looks like a new carpet. I can only imagine what it would have looked like if the previous owners had taken care of it properly.

Rolando was very professional as well as pleasant! He worked very hard to get all our stains out and had told us ahead of time that the urine spots from our dog may not come out and they didn't :( but the rest of the carpet looks great! He also cleaned our sofa and love seat and they look great! The product smelled good. The price was more than I expected but the service made it worth it! We will certainly us your company again and I have already referred you to one of my friends~!

Firstly, it was quick and effective. Unfortunately due to many circumstances, I had neglected cleaning the carpets for two years. The technician, Mike, worked very hard and was able to remove stains that I didn't think would come out. I will no longer need to replace my carpet for years.
