Carpet came out clean and dried quickly. There were a number of stains from the previous tenant and Josh was able to get them all out with the exception of two stains that he tried everything on. Josh did a great job and projects a great company image.

The process of extracting treated carpet residue instead of another company that used a buffer to grind the wet carpet and leave it to dry. Your process left the carpet MUCH cleaner and it dryed MUCH quicker. Heavy traffic and pet area came clean. The staircase carpet turned out very clean as well. I was skeptical prior to visit but the results have convinced me to use Zerorez from now on. "James" the technician was down to earth, courteous and professional. Poor guy was working so hard he was sweating bullets; I gave him two Gatorades which he gladly accepted.

Was able to schedule an appt reasonably soon, the cleaner was prompt and friendly, the service was quick, it was very reasonably priced, dried fairly quickly (was not very wet to begin with), and it seemed to work on our hopeless dog-trashed carpet. Would use them again for sure.
Our carpet had never been professionally cleaned and was a mess. To my amazement the carpet is completely new looking again. I truly had no hope for this quality of result and will use your service when I professionally clean my carpet because its so clean and there is no residue. The tech arrived on the early side of the arrival window. My carpets were spotted with stains and marked with high volume dark spots--when he was done they were gone! He even got up two pet stains.
