Our carpet looked GREAT after Zerorez's service--and there was no chemical smell!! We have pets, so we're pretty tough on carpets--especially after September's significant rain. I'm also allergic to chemicals and perfumes, so it was a relief to enjoy clean carpet without the usual side-effects.

I requested Zerorez to come to my parents home to clean carpet and the mattress cover. Both areas were very soiled.
First of all, Zerorez got me an appt within the week, and then, Josh, the technician showed up within the time window,got right down to work. The work was completed quickly and looked great and smelled clean. I like the fact that there were no soaps or chemical used but the best part was that Josh was so courteous and kind to my parents. It was pleasure to have him in the home!

Embarrassing to say, but I hadn't had my carpet cleaned since I moved into my house 13 years ago! Zerorez made my carpet look and feel brand new. James was very friendly and is a great representive of your company. Carpets look great except for a couple of stains that appeared as it dryed that were not there when the cleaning started. I am guessing they are old and were pulled back up from the pad, not sure but nothing anyone could have known about. thanks much over all the carpets came out great...

No chemicals

My carpet is in bad condition and the tech actually showed me the damage a dog had done. I kept smelling urine and was told by the previous owner that it had been resolved....the treatment helped but I do continue to smell the issue. I did appreciate that I was informed and shown the carpet areas damage. He showed me several areas of concern...he cleaned the entire carpeted area of our newly purchased town home...for now we know it is better and we will address the solutions as we can afford too. One thing I would like to mention...when the tank had to be emptied, it was a dreadful odor and my husband and I had to carry H2O in buckets to eliminate the smell from our gutter and our neighbors were grateful.

James, the technician, was very professional and polite. I felt as though he truly cared about customer service and satisfaction and that he was very proud of his product. I was very pleased with the result as my rug had been very spotted. There was even a spot that he was able to remove that no one else had previously. I had him apply the "scotch guard" type finish which he said was superior to Scotch Guard and when my cat did manage to christen the newly cleaned carpet with a blob of vomit, I was able to wipe it entirely up with NO spotting left behind. The carpet looks BEAUTIFUL. Thank you SO much James!!! I will definitely be calling you guys again!! :D

It really cleaned a very dirty carpet and dried quickly.

The Tech was professional, courteous, and checked with me throughout the cleaning process to make sure I was happy with what he was doing and what was not able to be cleaned (Kool-Aid and paint). The product does what you say it does and does not leave a residue with crunchy carpet. He was efficient and I will call again when I need another cleaning.
