Ricky was on time, called about 15 minutes before he showed up, he was great and explained everything to us about the process. It took about 1 1/2 hours, no surprises the price was correct. The carpets were dry in about 4 hours. They look amazing, very fluffy. We have a low shag carpet about 4 years old. We will definitely use them again each year to clean our carpets.

Zerorez is awesome! It has been two weeks since I had our carpet cleaned and I'm still talking about the fabulous service and the end result. The entire process, from the initial phone call to completion of the job and making payment was professional, courteous and very organized. I called my husband after our carpet was cleaned and told him, "I couldn't wait for him to get home to see our NEW carpet". It really did look new! All of the stains came out, the carpet fluffed up and my favorite part, there was absolutely NO SOAPY RESIDUE! The technician, Rolando Murcio was great! He was kind, professional, informative and very thorough. He did not attempt to up-sell products or services that we did not need. He explained the benefits of the final Scotch Guard treatment which I did add on to the initial quote and I'm super pleased that I did. He even left several pairs of shoe covers for us to wear as the carpet was drying (a small gesture but greatly appreciated). Great price, great service, happy housewife!

The product did an amazing job, getting old spots out. Our Technician, Dominick, was very respectful, in the environment of an elderly woman, with her nervous daughter, supervising. He did a great job working in the limited space we gave him to work around the furniture and other elderly lady stuff.
