Professionalism of technician and the amazing job done on some very, very dirty carpet areas. An almost black traffic area running in a hallway on a light colored (almost white) carpet is cleaner than it has been for a very long time. 2 other companies tried to clean this area and came no where close to getting it as clean as Zerorez.

I love that there is no chemical residue, which means the carpet stays cleaner longer. Also, I used you previously - it was a great job. Recently-not so good, so I called the office. I was very impressed from the time I called the office and voiced my dissatisfaction. The woman who took my call was polite and apologetic and worked with me to find the most convenient time for a re-do. We found a time and Victor and Toby came out. They cleaned the carpet to the perfection level that I had received previously and what I expected. I was very pleased with the politeness, efficiency and quality of the job they did. I believe they proved themselves as a company by showing how they take care of a dissatisfied customer. Did I say how polite everyone was during the re-do process -- absolutely no annoyance, irritability or "attitude." I totally recommend them and urge you to call the office afterwards if you are not completely satisfied.
