The serviceman was very pleasant. He didn't try to sell more when he got here. Carpet looks really good. It took longer than 6 hours to dry, but did dry overnight.

The floors were not cleaned by the previous tenants as required by the lease; therefore I had to have them cleaned prior to move-in. PRODUCT: No chemicals leaving stiff carpet. Carpet stays cleaner longer. When special treatments are necessary, I'm always given the option to use stain removers. (And they work!!)

The technician and his trainee were very aware of the methods necessary to remove spots and ensure the integrity of the carpet when cleaning. In addition, they were not forceful on selling additional services such as protectorate. They were friendly and did the job they were here to do.

I must add the following negative element regarding the person I spoke with to make the appointment. She was not friendly and rather curse during our brief discussion. If it wasn't for the fact I wanted Zerorez to do this, I might have been inclined to call someone else. Having used Zerorez in the past I knew this wasn't indicative of the company or the way they do business. Thus, I would highly recommend anyone needing carpet cleaning to consider Zerorez before selecting someone else.
