Products simply don't work with removing the odor from our pet dog. The dining room still smells just as bad as it did before spending $110.00 to remove this odor, it didn't even work slightly. I was always able to keep the stains under control so that isn't an issue the odor is what your guy was going after and it simply didn't work....period. Your guy was great however, very dissatisfied with your products. You would think that you had something that would at least mask the odor temporarily.

It was a very effective service. My carpet had a stain in it for five years that I thought would never come clean. I had tried treating it with different products to no avail. The hot water from Zerorez picked it up immediately and it stayed clean. My carpets look like new again. The technician was professional and friendly. I got an quite an education from him on carpets and stain. He didn't rush off to his next job, but was very thorough and helpful.j

Our technician was very personable and friendly. Burt explained everything before he got started and had be take a look at the carpets before he left. I also added the carpet protection and hopefully that will keep everything cleaner a bit longer.

the method of cleaning was much better than the other major carpet services I've tried in the past. my carper is over 15 years old with heavy traffic from the garage, in some areas it was almost black, so bad we refused to invite other over. called at the last minute on Sat. and an hour later a rep. from Zerorez shows up, after the pre-treat, he uses a machine that really got down to, and brought to surface the ground in dirt. in short, the carpet is clean and it look like a "different" home as I stand at the top of the freshly cleaned stairs. Great job, I'll have them back for my recommended 6 month cleaning!! Larry Whyte
