The Zerorez service man was very professional & courteous, helpful, and worked quickly. I especially appreciated the day before service reminder/confirmation call and the day of service call to let me know when exactly I could expect him to arrive.

Specific to the Zerorez product, it was great that I could walk on the carpet immediately following its being cleaned. I was also very impressed with there being no chemical fumes after the cleaning.

I like the process Zerorez uses in cleaning carpets - I believe it does a much better job of deep cleaning. The driver who came out was very professional: did a great job explaning the process, did a thorough job, was very pleasant. The carpet wasn't very wet after the job, and the house smelled nice (citrus).

I like the direct approach prior to services rendered. Your technician was prompt, professional and courteous. I found one spot that was not cleaned totally in a high traffic area. Was a bit disappointed that it took over 12 hours to dry and was difficult to stay off carpet for that length of time.

It was very clean and odorless...our carpets turned out very nice....Rich did an amazing job and definitely went above and beyond what we expected.
