Carpets look clean and fresh. They dry quickly and they do not feel like there is a soapy residue left.
Friendliness of the staff from the first person I spoke with over the phone to the field tech who did the work. The professionalism of actually meeting your scheduled day and time frame to the professional attire of the field tech. I appreciated the emails confirming the appointment and follow up emails after the work was complete. Zerorez also explained the process throughout and had the ability of paying on site with an emailed receipt.
