Our carpet is stain free, smells better and looks fresh and new again, even at 18 years old. I had resigned myself to its greying condition, but it is ivory again!

This is my 3rd time using Zerorez and I love how the spots don't return as with other carpet cleaning companies. The fact they are nearly completely dry in 4 hours is amazing. The personnel. They take their time and make sure the customer is always happy. They do a great job and I have recommended them to my family and friends. Please do not compromise on service by pressuring the staff to hurry because in the long run the company will probably suffer. Customers will go away. You have a good thing going. Hopefully, you will hire enough people to keep up the good work.
