What do you like about our products and services?

I had three rooms "cleaned" a couple of weeks ago and was very unhappy with the results. I have been raving to friends about Zerorez for a few years now because I have always been so pleased with how great my carpets look after a Zerorez cleaning. I have come to expect amazing results!! I am not one to complain much, so I thought I would just let it go, but the more I looked at my carpet, the more unhappy I was. I called, and the next day John and Fred (original tech)came and redid the whole area. John even cleaned an entire recliner that I had only had the headrest done on originaly at no extra cost. Now my carpet is perfect!! Just as I have come to expect from Zerorez!!

The tech was wonderful, he put all efforts into getting our carpet clean, and it was a mess, it looks great, but I am hoping that in a week or two the spots don't start reappearing, we have had that happen in the past, but as of now it looks GREAT!! also when I called in the girl that set up my appoint was very helpful.

This was my first time using Zerorez and I will definitely call them again. The .young man who cleaned the carpets was professional and very thorough, he was able to remove a large stain that I didn't think would come out. I love that the cleaning method didn't use chemicals of any kind, there was no odor after cleaning and no course carpet fibers.
