I am appreciative that Zerorez understood my plea for an "emergency" carpet cleaning service, due to a doggie-accident in my house. My house is for sell and scheduled for showings. Zerorez worked me in on the day I called, and I am forever grateful. The technician, Rich, was professional, thorough, and very kind. Often, it is challenging and difficult to have strangers working in one's home; I was at ease with Rich, feeling he is honest and trustworthy.

I like the cleaning products and methods you use. Many years ago after using another cleaning company (Stanley Steemer) I always felt like the carpet had an oily residue and looked dirty within a few weeks.
