Our technician was absolutely FANTASTIC. We have had a lot of various services performed by a lot of different companies over the years and I feel he was the nicest, most professional, and most courteous of them all by far. Not only are we very happy with the quality of work that was done and the value we received, but I would go as far as to say we would most definitely request to have James again if possible. Aside from the wonderful customer service, we are also very pleased with the work that was done. We really like the way the carpet looks and feels to walk on. The customer service was excellent - very professional, courteous and respectful. Our technician was very thorough, called ahead, and was flexible with our schedule because he was able to come earlier than our scheduled appointment time. He did an amazing job, and made sure I was aware of what he was doing, when he was doing it. Then had me check over everything before he left to be sure I was happy with the outcome. I was very pleased with the entire experience and I am thrilled with how clean our carpets are!

I was very impressed with the job that you did for me in a HIGH rise condo building in the heart of downtown Denver. It was challenging to say the least. Having to take the hoses up three stories and hooking all the equipment to the truck on the street was a feat to say the least. Your team was most efficient and the carpets that had not been cleaned for years and were excessively dirty ( this was a rental) came out much better than expected. They were not soaking wet and looked fantastic. I will be having you do jobs for me again. Thank you for your excellent service, caring technicians and about all a fair price.

The carpet has never looked better. It is very clean, with no stiff fibers that you need to vacuum to loosen up. The house smells clean, but no strong soap smell. The gentlemen who did the cleaning were very, very helpful, efficient and personable. Wonderful experience!!
