I have used Zerorez twice in the last year. Each time they arrived on time and performed their job professionally and courteously informed me of possible complications with certain types of stains and what to look for. I would certainly use Zerorez in the future.

The technician kept the front door open for two hours and let in a lot of bugs, mosquitoes, knats, and fruit flies. Too bad there is not a way to do the work without keeping the front door open due to the hoses from the Zerorez service truck.

the Carpet didn't come that clean after time dry some spots are showing in the living room .we paid all that money can't afford to paid that amount again. we really couldn't tell because the floor was wet.
It took weeks to get my carpets cleaned. An appointment was made and then not entered into your system. When I called on the day we were supposed to have the appointment I was told there was no appointment and it would take another week to get out.

Arrived on time; worked quietly and effiecently and was able to make my carpets look great and almost brand new. They looked so much better than before.
There was discoloration on several areas of carpet after it was cleaned.

Todd, our technician was prompt, pleasant and did a great job with all 6 of our carpets! He took great care in protecting hallway corners from the hoses by using the corner protectors, as requested. I’m a first time Zerorez customer. It was a good experience!
This is the 4th time in about a year that we have had this old white carpet cleaned. They are always diligent about doing a very good job. They are always on time and very courteous. I will continue to call on them as long as I have carpet or any flooring that I need to be cleaned. Keep up the good work because your customer service is excellent.
