The guy left dust all over my wood floor after the service was completed. Did not clean up very well.
The tech was very diligent in cleaning my carpet. He was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He worked hard to remove pet stains.
There were two main goals… a coffee stain and some blood spots. They all appear to still be here.

i can't really compare it to anyone else because this is my first experience with a carpet cleaning service but i do feel like it was pricey for the service especially since my house is on the smaller side. instead of quoting by the amount of rooms, maybe you quote based on square footage of the rooms but i know most people probably don't know the square footage based on room only, we only know the total square footage of the whole house. I feel like $225 was high for what we got, I could see paying $125 or $150. Also, even though the technician was very nice, semi-professional, I do feel he was unseasoned especially only being 3 months on the job + in the industry; was hoping for a more experienced person within the company to do the cleaning.
I had to have tech come out 3 different times to get the job right. That took up 3 of my days and 3 times of moving my furniture. I feel I should have been compensated for the trouble.
