Our service technician was nice
Thorough, efficient. No detergent residue.
I had tried the carpet protector in one room last cleaning and it worked fabulously! So i had all my carpets done.
Plus the technician was the most polite and hard worker ever. I think his name was Paul. Excellent gentleman.
Maybe i didn't understand your process. I can tell that some of the carpet is cleaner, but most of the areas you cleaned are getting the dirty spots back that normally come clean....this is the first time we have used you, we probably won't again -
Very quick and the carpet wasn't soaked.
The technician was early, set up quickly, listened to my concerns and specific areas I thought needed attention. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a good job.
I posted to both fb and google my review of my experience. Could you forward it to Michael's supervisor please? Just haven't had such a great first time experience in a long time and want to make sure he gets noticed. Here it is:
First time using Zerorez and my technician was Michael Alfaro. He did an amazing job! He was on time, polite, professional, had attention to detail, and most importantly did an outstanding job! Highly recommend and wished I requested their service sooner! Michael even suggested adding the sanitizer to the clean next time since I have a small child and pets. No sales pitch or pressure, just honest suggestion which I appreciate because I didn't even know this was an option. I will for sure be using Zerorez again and requesting Michael!

Your technician Fred gave me the ultimate customer service experience, it was impeccable service. I was well pleased with his hard work. He is true to his trade and great access to your company. I have requested him for next week's cleaning.
Appt arrival time was 1-3, I received a call about 10:40 saying he will be here in 30 minutes!! I said OK, even though I still had a few things to do. He knocked on the door about 5 minutes later!
About 5 minutes after he arrived (more than 2 hours early) he asked to use the rest room!! Of course I said yes but really? He couldn't find a c-store before he arrived? There are about 10 within a 3 mile radius. He was here about an hour and a half at the most and asked to use the restroom again?!
There was another thing or two, not going any further

The service work! The carpet and floors are very clean and look good. Very knowledgeable and hard working service professional.
Edwin did a fabulous job especially cleaning the kitchen grout. I’ve had this grout cleaned before but they could not compare to the clean grout I have now. Also, Edwin was on time, courteous, and kept me informed at every stage of the process. I highly recommend Edwin and Zerorez!

Nice trucks nice equipment thoroughness, cleanliness, our technician Triston was very nice explained everything showed me where the other Urine was, treated showed me after that there was no residue of the urine did a great job and was very nice and professional. Would have you all come back when we need our carpets cleaned and have Triston be our technician.

The price was great and the technician was very thorough. There wasn't any hidden fees and carpet was very clean when he was finished.
