The process used doesn’t leave detergents in the carpets. We have also used upholstery cleaning previously and it was excellent. I’ve always appreciated the knowledge and suggestions of the technicians.
I didn’t think there was any difference in results between zerorez and other companies I have used. After listening to the ads,, I was expecting it to be fabulous! It was still good.

Terry, the technician, did an excellent job cleaning the two couches and foot stool. He was very professional, polite & friendly. In addition, he left the area around where he was working clean.

The tech was good and the Manager over him was awesome on the phone. However, the tech was running behind and I was advised he would arrive at 6pm. At 7pm we started. After 2 rooms were done I was advised then we can’t really walk on them for up to 3/4 hours. So finishing at 9pm means midnight at best! This should have been conveyed at some point. Regardless, the tech did great and was under stress due to me being unhappy. His manager Evan made sure the night was not lost by working with me on the inconvience.
Spencer D. was terrific - best tech I’ve ever had, and I’ve been a customer for years! He has a terrific personality - friendly, cheerful, respectful, obviously takes great pride in his work. He knocked himself out for us, and my old carpet looks new again! He dried it really thoroughly so we weren’t walking on soggy bedroom carpet that evening. He also cheerfully cleaned some spots off the bed frame, which I’d been unable to clean myself. And he’s the first tech I didn’t have to clean up after in ANY way! He came through with rags and carefully mopped up every puddle and splash. We were his last customer of the day and he treated us like we were his only customer! Terrific job done by a hardworking guy - hang on to him, he deserves a raise! I hope he owns the company some day 😊👍

Service was very easy to schedule. I even got a call that somebody was available earlier than my scheduled appointment, and that was great! My technician Jacob was nice, friendly, professional, and efficient. Overall, I had a great experience with Zerorez!
The carpets look good, besides there crunchy , which I’m guessing a vacuum would fix. The lady was wonderful and very detailed. But it was the most expensive company I’ve ever used. I was so shocked that just to get stains removed and additional cleaning on that was so high. She was hear less than 2 hours. And that including walking the house abs explaining everything to me. I paid over $500. That’s almost double what I’ve ever paid before. Anyway, she did a good job! But so did the other 3 company’s I’ve used over the last 10 years. For the price I was expecting for it to look better than other companies. So no hard feelings. Just can’t pay that much when others accomplish same and so much less.

For the first time, Zerorez was able to clean the den (white with grey pinstripe) of the stains and then added, a protective product that should last for 1.5 years to help keep it clean. We were very pleased with the follow-through and final inspection of Renaldo, our technician, as well as the pricing.
The carpet was not completely clean. There were spots that I had to go back and clean . I was able to get the spots up easily so I feel they should have come up with cleaning.
Paul did an outstanding and professional job. Carpet took more than 5 hours to dry; but we had already made provision and all worked out. There were some really bad spots, but Paul got them all OUT!
