Service was great! Techs were awesome
The carpet staff are professional and courteous. They were food about confirming the appointment. However, the first window given to me was 10-12. Than I got a call saying the technician was running late and it would be closer to 1230. He didn’t get to my house until 1pm. He did a great job. I would use the company again.

The carpet not clean at all. They’re doesn’t wash carpet. The thing I saw is vacuum and spray the liquid on the carpet and they vacuum again

Service technicians do their best to do a good job of cleaning our carpet. They always wear "booties" over their shoes, and use all the protective gear to prevent damages to our room corners and door openings.
