My coworker told me how well you guys were in cleaning his carpets. I was skeptical when I read that you don’t use any chemicals but just electrolyzed water. And when I asked about spot treatment the prices got ridiculous, and the size of a basketball? Seriously you guys are a scam all you do is agitation on the top carpet with water. That’s like putting dirty clothes in a washer with just water and expecting them to be clean! It only makes the house smell like a wet dog and the carpet feels weird like crunchy. The only thing you could do to make this right would be a full refund. Because your 30 day guarantee I wouldn’t let you guys back in ever again. What a waste of my time and money. I could go to a box store and rent a carpet cleaner with a better military discount and 1/10 the price with solution and clean the carpets better and at least smell like the house and carpet got cleaned. ZEROREZ STRAIGHT GARBAGE
