The process works!

The individual that came out to clean our carpets was very thorough, and knowledgeable. Took all the right steps to remove the pet stain and odor. Did such a fantastic job, I would recommend Zerorez, and especially that technician to anyone!

after agreeing to the $75 cost of the added pet solution to remove the cat urine smell on a spot of carpet, the tech upsold and convinced my wife that he needed a second gallon on the same spot at an additional $75. After treatment, the carpet still smells of urine. I do not appreciate the added cost for no net effect.

We received a window of two hours during which our technician would arrive. I was texted 30 minutes before to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he explained in great detail what he was going to do, did 3 test areas to diagnose what needed to be done, then when we approved it, went ahead with stripping our manufactured hardwoods. We were nervous about whether there would be any shine on the wood, but we compared the finished floor with an original board sample and it was identical! Thank you Zerorez for my clean floors!
