Excellent service! Great company!
Not very happy with ZEROREZ today. I was charged an extra $45 dollars for supposedly going over the area allotted to be cleaned. This has never happened in the years past with the same rooms being cleaned. Some simple calculations proves that we are not over the allotment. According to Customer Service their new policy is to strictly charge based on room size. So there is nothing they can do. Well there is something I can do the next time I want our carpets cleaned. Too bad really.

I had my AC guy over and there is nothing wrong with my air conditioner. He says it is hard to keep a house at 68 to 70 to clean carpet during this weather. I had this carpet cleaned
before and have not had this issue. Had I know your process I would not have used Zerorez.
Every room you cleaned looks dirty. When she arrived and I turned up the AC to cool the house I am sure it was cooler. Name removed

This was a first time experience for me with utilizing your professional carpet cleaning services. I found the technician to be very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
He did an excellent job on my carpet in the living room area and hallways which are exactly what we anticipated. Never used your services before, but I will be scheduling another appointment to have two additional rooms done in the near future.
With the impromptu change of events globally due to COVID in 2020, most families as was mine had to endure working from home and of course I was hoping to have had time to have my carpet done over a year and a half ago, so I had to postpone it until now. This was much needed.
Thank you for the great service and quality of service performed on my carpet here in Ft.Worth. David was my technician and he is to be commended for performing an excellent job in cleaning my carpet.

I like the idea that no soap residue will be left in my carpet. Also, the carpet was dry in a few hours and looked good.
The service guy was really nice and explained the Zero Rez process of cleaning! He talked a lot about not needing heavy chemicals because the water was so hot and the temp of the water was the key to the cleaning process! I touched the hose at several spots during the cleaning cycle and it was iced cold. The carpets in each room was cold, cold after he finished. I asked him about the temp of the water and he said he would show me in a second. If the water was so very hot, the hose and the floor when the water comes out should at least be lukewarm.
Once my carpets dried it looked cleaner and there does not appear to be any residue; so, I guess I’m a happy customer! But, I honestly did want some hot, hot water to be used on my carpet per the process as communicated.

The gentleman that cleaned the carpet was very professional and kind. He did a great job and he knew what he was talking about concerning questions I had about carpet in my home.

Everyone I talked to was very open and up front with the services available and if something was not available, possible suggestions of how to accomplish when I asked for other options. They were very happy to answer any questions I had.
They worked around my schedule for the appointment. Everything that was done on the appointment day was explained for each room. The work was completed in a very timely manner, I was told exactly what to expect and it was very accurate.
