I feel Zerorez has the best carpet cleaning system out there, but some of your technicians lack the knowledge or wherewithal to use it to its max. When called back out to my house to address some spots that I knew should have come out, the technician applied tiny amount of spot spray and the spots came right up. Why not apply that same spot spray to the larger area that he attributed to 'worn carpet'--- I feel certain that would have come perfectly clean as well. Your system works -- Use it! My entire carpet 'could' look like new, but it doesn't...

The technician was excellent. However, he was only able to vacuum the sectional, but the price did not change. I would hesitate to use your service again as it really is only a vacuum service.
Our rep was great! On time, professional, and helpful! Our carpets look brand new! It’s amazing what a difference this was from regular carpet cleaning! They look so good! We were thinking of replacing the carpet to wood floors but now that it looks so good we will definitely keep them a bit longer!

I would highly recommend Zerorez and my technician, Marcus, as well as the receptionists who answered my call for an appointment and those who called me to let me know when the technician would arrive. I have used Zerorez in past years, have always been satisfied, and will continue to call them for cleaning carpet in years to come. Receptionists were friendly, polite and helpful as was Marcus, my technician. Marcus did excellent work and I would hope to get him again the next time I call for carpet cleaning.

Make sure to clean up any residue from the hose on tile surfaces that may have been touched. We had 2 areas we had to steam mop that we noticed after they left.
