Not particularly satisfied
Easy to make the appointment. Appointment was confirmed and time updated by email. The technician was polite and professional. He worked very efficiently and did a great job.

The service did not remove most of the stains from my carpet. It was not a dirty carpet to begin with.

Simply the best carpet cleaning service in the DFW area (I can't say outside the DFW).
The tech came back out a second time with a lead tech. The tech cleaned just the first 6 bottom stairs when I specifically told them that you can tell that only the middle of the stairs were cleaned you can visibly tell that the top six stairs were not cleaned.. Same thing with the hallway.. it’s visible that the tech cleaned only the middle part of the. Carpet. I also requested for a mangers to give me a call and have not heard from one yet.

Results-Ultra Clean Carpet
I was very impressed with the man that did the service for us. he was a hard worker and did his best at the job. he cleaned up after himself. i have never had a service guy vacuum the run after getting into my attic before! He was polite, kept his mask on, and wore shoe covers. he did an excellent job and I am breathing much easier after cleaning the air ducts. I would definitely recommend zerorez to anyone.
