The technician was very polite and went straight to work. He was able to get all of the stains out of the carpet other than some worn down carpet. It looks so much better and we should have had them come out sooner than we did.

It was a great service. It was just so expensive that I don't know how many people I could recommend to. Honestly, it ended up being $400 more than the quote I was given. $400. That's a HUGE difference and one that was not at all clearly explained. $700 for carpet and tile cleaning is really, really expensive. I honestly don't think I can afford it again, let alone recommend it to others.
Dries fairly fast after service. Cleans well
Two thoughts:
Papers placed under the edge of furniture that must be put back onto wet carpet.
If a process could be developed that would extract more water making drying time shorter, that would be good.
Overall, we were very pleased with the process and Marcus, the technician, was very kind and efficient.

Zerorez is good service, on time and thorough. Very satisfactory for me.
Michael was so nice and professional! The carpets are cleaner than they’ve been in years. I got them cleaned by a different company last year and Zerorez definitely showed better results.
I had to call them back out because there was blood upstairs on the wall and on a mattress. They removed a toilet and left part of the plumbing in the wall that was dripping on the floor.
I called back to get some help and they told me to ask my painter to do it.
I just love looking at my beautiful clean carpet…. John was very professional I would definitely recommend you as a matter of fact I already have.
