I was contemplating replacing the carpet on my stairs and upstairs hallway because it was looking rough although the carpet was not that old. I decided to give Zerorez a try and assumed that I would end up having to replace the carpet anyway.

The tech arrived 2 hours late, after a 10 AM-12 PM arrival time at 2 PM. You need to do a better job of scheduling your techs, and keeping your customers better informed with late arrivals.

Nice person and good job

I called you because of all the ads I hear on the radio. I wanted some pet stains in the carpet removed. It has been partially removed but the 4 month old carpet which was supposed to be stain resistant still has some stain. So my experience was not something to write home about.
