Very Disappointing!!! Carpet pretty much looked the same and some stains were not even removed. Took only 30 min for 2 large bedrooms I feel like they could have spent more time with ea room. Very Disappointing for price paid and results obtained.
I wish the equipment could have all come inside. I didnt like by door being ajar

We used Zerorex to freshen up our carpet before company came in. Even though we were not spending a lot of money they were courteous, professional and not pushy. I have since referred them to two other potential clients in one week. I will use them any time I need my carpets cleaning in the future.

Too many up charges after arrival and stain removal didn’t work
HIDDEN CHARGES. I filled out the questionnaire based on the specifications of my house and used the 3 rooms for $99 deal. I was charged extra to do each closet and charged double for stairs and hallways. These questions should have been included in the questionnaire so that I knew what to expect on price when the cleaners arrived. Instead, I spent 3 times what I was expecting, which was disappointing. I heard “that’s going to be an extra charge” multiple times upon their arrival.
