Mr.Tyre, was very friendly and professional. He asked if, we had any concerns or anything he, should know about a our carpet. HE EXPLAIN WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND HOW IT WORKS ON OUR CARPET. He left our carpet dust free and clean.
No chemicals, no residue means no toxins for my family or the environment--yea!!
Your technicians left residue all over our furniture from cleaning the air ducts - this had not happened previously. They were not as careful with our main air vent either, bending the vent when they expected and returned/cleaned the filter. These are errors that we now had to fix/correct. I was actually surprised that this occurred.

The Carpet looks new again and Joe was able to answer all my question and was very courteous.
Before an oriental rug is brought back to the owner, have a supervisor check it out. The first time it was returned, it was awful. The second time, it was great, as it should have been. Otherwise, the regular carpet cleaning was done professionally and I was very pleased.
ZEROREZ quoted me a price for a specific service...the service man didnt want to do the job by himself and i was told his supervisor agreed to send another man but i would have to pay $99.99 more for the job i had already been quoted a price on.that is bait & switch in my book(PRETTY SURE THAT IS ILLEGAL)..couldnt possibly recommend such a dishonest co. to anyone i cared for..or anyone as far as that goes..im not through with this matter..next stop is better business bureau and then to 103.7 radio who mistakenly recommend this co. BIG MISTAKE...YOUR CO. ENDED THIS BUSINESS VERBAL CONTRACT WITH ...DONT PAY WE WONT DO THE JOB ...HHHUUUMMMM WHERE IS THE HONESTY HERE???
Advertisements state that carpets are virtually dry by the time service is completed, however our carpets were soaked in some places throughout our apartment. We live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and have two huge sliding doors that lead out to our patio. One in our living room and the other in our bedroom. We had to sleep with both sliding doors open WITH fans blowing throughout the night. Still the next morning the were still wet spots throughout the apartment. Our carpets still look as they did the day the service men cleaned them. So if I had one compliant, it would be that I would have preferred that they services men had gone over our carpets to soak up any remaining water.
Our commercial building carpets look brand new! They were able to remove high traffic area spots and the carpets look great.
With four grandchildren under the age of 2 being chemical free was a big selling factor. The service techs were awesome with both knowledge and performance.
All the stains on my carpet were right where they were after the carpet dried off.
The overall cleaning was not bad though.
My carpet looked like new and it is very old. Everything was completed so quickly.
Professional and friendly
The jury is still out on the finished product (since the cleaning is only 36 hours old and we don't know if the spots will resurface yet) but, the technician was very professional and specific about what the products could and could not accomplish. So far, the rooms look good, even the one that was half covered by a 12x12 over-layed carpet which made the wall-to-wall look like 2 completely different colors when it was rolled up and removed. The pet odors are gone and the stains have yet to reappear.
The end product - a clean, brand new looking carpet is the best way I could have spent my money.

Chemical free, superior service and carpets and couch look wonderful. Another great plus is the fact you don't have to empty the water in the toilet; plus the breakers did not go off like some companies using their equipment.
Zerorez is now the only carpet cleaning service I will use. I have used their service for over 3 years now and will not go back to any other. The service is quick, easy and affordable. They do a great job and it's so much safer for my family without all the chemicals. The technicians are friendly, hard working and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that the job is done well and everyone is happy.
I love the fact that there aren't any chemicals in the cleaning process. The fabric of the carpet was restored to it's natural state and it looks clean and fresh.
No bad chemicals. Anthony gave us great service. He is a very sweet, gentle, man. The front office was very friendly to work with. Budgets are tight but we could afford this service. I will use your company again and again.
I felt that the technicians were rushed. They were late in arriving, my appointment was between 9 and 11 and they got here after 12:00. They called a couple of times to let me know their ETA, which I appreciated. They still had four jobs to do after mine and they didn't leave my house until after 2:00. They didn't ask to see the entire house before starting and I had to ask about moving couches, etc. We decided to clean an additional room which had not been cleared out, and the tech just started cleaning without asking if I wanted the furniture moved (it was light weight stuff that was easily moved). I had to ask the other tech (his first day on the job) to help me move a table. They willingly went over a few spots that I pointed out after the rooms were cleaned, but I didn't look in my husband's or my closet until after they left, and there are spots there that I think need to be worked on. I didn't like feeling pressured to purchase vent filters or to have the protecter sealant sprayed on the carpet. Otherwise, the technicians were friendly and professional.
