Your technician grumbled the whole time. Did not want to put furniture back. Did not put the little blocks under the furniture until we asked him to. Threw my son's headphones across the room. We were also not informed ahead of time regarding a fuel surcharge. We were very disappointed. We have never had an experience like this from any other carpet cleaning company that we have used. We will go back to Stanley Steamer, they have been cleaning our carpets for years and their technicians are courteous and professional.

The technician was very professional and explained the process and the products. He took a great deal of care to address all stains and difficult dirt spots. My carpets have never looked better. I also have also had you all to take my area rug to clean. I can't wait to get it back, I feel I will be just as pleased with the results of the cleaning process on it too!
I appreciate that you took my dissatisfaction seriously and sent another technician out to do the job correctly. He did a great job cleaning my carpet the way I expected it be done the first time.

None chemical cleaning. All people we have worked with so far have been great ambassadors for your business and makes me want to refer people!
Carpets look like new when the technician is finished. Prompt and professional service. I have referred many friends, family members and clients already.
I like that there are no soapy chemicals and that any stains that were in the carpet don't come back. And all of the pet smells are gone!

I was not called before Edgar arrived. I was told at appointment time that I would be called. Since I had a 9am to 11am it would have been nice to know ahead of time when to expect him. Edgar and I looked over the rooms before he left. I could see stains that could not be removed, because they were chemical stains, but after the carpet dried I found small stains that I thought should have come out. Did not know if that could be addressed. I was very pleased with Edgar. Very friendly, professionaley dressed and helpful. He talked with me about a shower issue, so I would request him to do that Job for me. Thank you Sandra Last name removed
terrell was very honest and told me i didn't need a service that i thought i did but he suggested something more suitable to my needs
Joe Martin was very prompt and went right to work on my carpet. He did a very thorough job without rushing the process and was able to restore our carpet to a "like new" condition. The traffic areas became very obvious after I removed our furniture from the room. When he finished, every part of my carpet looked the same as those areas under the couches. He did an excellent, consistent job on every square foot.
Chemical free cleaning. Just wish the pet treatment was a little cheaper. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness provided by your company.
Just that it leaves our carpets looking original and not quite so worn.
PLEASE have another special 3 rooms for $99 for next year and we will commit to doing it again then.
VERY expensive with all the add-ons.
