My carpet felt really clean
Fast and effective
Your service technicians are wonderful at their work. It it in the initial call and price setting that your staff could use a bit of customer service care.
My 14 year old dog, Sadie, passed away recently. I called to have one room sanitized where, on her last night here on earth, she vomited and had a small urine accident. The phone rep, reading most probably from a script, asked less than considerate questions. I mentioned from the first that I was calling for the above reason. I mentioned the need that I had. She quoted me a figure of 3 rooms for $99. When I again stated what I needed, she went on to say that if the tech found any vomit or urine, there would be an extra charge. I repeated that this is why I was calling, and that I indeed would be more than glad to pay the charge. It is as if she did not even hear my words, but was reading line to line. As far as the 3 rooms, I asked if I could just have two area rugs from my son's college apartment cleaned in the place of the room - I understood her to say a 'yes' to this. And, of course, she told me to "have a great day" (or something like that) - maybe a bit more tact would have been better in this situation.
On the day of the visit, I did need to ask the tech to redo the one area where Sadie had left a spot. He checked it with his blue light, and saw that he missed a bit - He gladly did that area (a spot about 2x2) again. I added one area rug under my piano where Sadie had sat when I played. Then, he told me the price: OVER $300. One room with three spotted areas. One rug under the piano. And two area 6x8 rugs from Home Depot. This was a bit more than my original thought of paying.
I have waited a few weeks to see how I felt about the Zerorez company. While your product/cleaning is above any other method, I do worry about the "office - billing and service" side. Should I recommend your company?

the carpet is cleaner than i expected. The gentelmean that cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely call again when i am ready to have the carpet cleaned in the remaining rooms.

They servicemen were prompt, informative, and efficient. I liked the fact that the carpets dried quickly and smelled very fresh. I was very pleased with their results.
Very professional service from scheduling the appointment to the actual cleaning by the service techs. I liked the way the house smelled after the carpets were cleaned. They smelled clean without the strong odor of soaps and fragrance. Carpets feel clean with no dry soap residue.

I like the fact that it is all natural and no chemicals were involved. It was quick and efficient and I love the way my carpets look now.

It's taken a month and we still don't have our airfilter. The guy who came out the 2nd time to measure (again) was great.. but he came after 4 calls into Zerorez where we kept getting miss information.
The carpet cleaning service is great.. My husband and I were surprised and disapointed.

Our technician Kyle Peterson walked in and introduced himself and apologized for running a bit late. I showed him the three rooms and he proceeded to get everything set up, he explained the whole process. He moved some furniture cleaned the carpet and put the furniture on blocks. My carpet looks new and smells so clean and fresh. Thanks
I had scheduled carpet, rug and sofa cleaning and duct cleaning. The timeframe I was given for the technician's arrival was 4-6 pm. I asked if this was enough time to do both the carpets and duct cleaning and was told yes but when the technician arrived he made an excuse why doing the ducts would not be a good idea that evening. I think he just knew that it wouldn't be possible given the time. As it was, he stayed until 7:30 just doing the carpets.
I have tried to call a couple times to say I am not happy with the service I received. No one answered. I even tried to press 1 to leave a msg but it wouldn't change over ti the msg.
The reason I had you come out was that the carpet smelled bad like pet urine! When you came to clean you said you would not guarantee the stains but you would guarantee the pet urine smell. I would have not paid $226 if it wasn't going to removed the smell as you guaranteed it would. I repeatedly had my son asked the gentleman who was there to do the work if the smell would be gone!! He said yes 100%!!! It's not!!
I would have been able to just replace the carpet for bout $100 more from an outlet store!!
Can thus matter be corrected or will I be unsatisfied customer who does not repeat my business?

Always do a good job and technicians are very friendly.
My carpet did not look clean after the cleaning and vacuum lines ( darker and lighter lines) were left permanently in my master bedroom carpet. I kept thinking these would go away after a few more vacuums and that surely these were not permanent discolorations, but they are. I am sorry but I will not recommend Zerorez.
We were not sure what the stains were all over our office carpet but Zerorez got them all out and the carpet looks like new. This process is awesome!

I like the guarantee for stains and the fact you don't use soap
It was a huge hassle to get my floors done. It took two times of your technicians coming out to get them done. Both times they were late and not knowledgeable about your pricing. My tile and grout does look much better, but I could not recommend you to friends or family based on pricing discrepancies and incompetence of your technicians and staff people.

2 out of the 3 rooms treated with the special enzyme to get rid of pet urine still smell like urine!! Of course they smelled good the day they got treated, but you can still smell it pretty bad again now. I have NOT let me dog loose since I got the carpet cleaned either, so it's not new urine. Can you please come to re-treat?
